Refunds and Exchanges
As much as we would love for decals to work on every surface, unfortunately they don’t. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions page carefully. We cannot guarantee a good adhesion to each and every wall surface as there are so many paint and surface variations between every wall so if you are unsure about suitability, please request a test sample first.
As each of our decals are individually cut to your specific order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind as we would have a hard time on-selling the exact size, shape & colour item.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If ordering a large amount, please get in touch to arrange insurance – this must be done BEFORE processing the order.
If a package is sent back to us “Return to Sender” for any reason (unclaimed from post office, insufficient/incorrect address etc) the customer will be charged a new shipping fee to get the item sent again. Australia Post will not let us send returned packages under the original tracking number.
We have tried to represent colours as accurately as possible, but it is very difficult to display colours online due to varying monitor settings. If you need to match a specific colour, please request a sample be sent out to you prior to ordering as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you decide the colour is unsuitable when your order arrives.
Decals are easy to apply but require a little patience and attention. If a decal has been damaged during installation, unfortunately we cannot give a refund.
Vivid Wall Decals is not responsible for problems or issues with the surface you are applying the sticker to and cannot be held responsible for any damage to surfaces.
